*For Safety & Electronics Orchestrated MRO storeroom relocation and setup conducted inventory database build and executed inventory consolidation. 

*For Diverse Industries: Led Implementations of 5S and LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies, optimizing warehouse, shipping/receiving and inspection processes. Spearheaded the development of robust safety programs and committees, ensuring OHSA compliance and fostering a culture of workplace safety. *For Specialty Manufacturer: Redesign of 75000 sq. ft. Spare Parts and Finished Goods warehouse, enhancing order fulfillment rates. Strategically reconfigured a 20,000 sq. ft. Plastics division warehouse for maximum storage efficiency.
