Joseph is the Founder & Executive Director of Green Africa Trade Engagement (GATE) Ltd, where he has championed the integration of rural women into the shea nut value chain, providing economic opportunities and environmental conservation strategies.
He is also the Co-founder of Sight for the Rural Child, a nonprofit that provides free eye screenings for children in underserved communities.
Joseph holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Nonprofit Management from American University, Washington, D.C., and an MSc in Economics from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana.
