Welcome to Password Manager ("App", "Service", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Password Manager mobile application. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Password Manager is designed to help users securely store and manage:
Passwords and login credentials
Payment card information
Secure notes
Wi-Fi credentials
Other sensitive personal information
The App may also provide password generation, password health monitoring, biometric authentication, backup, and related security features.
You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to use the App.
By using the App, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your master password.
Protecting access to your device.
Keeping backups of your information when necessary.
Ensuring that information stored in the App is accurate and lawful.
You understand that losing your master password or device access may prevent access to your stored data.
You retain ownership of all information stored within the App.
We do not claim ownership of your passwords, notes, payment card information, or any other content you store using the App.
We take reasonable measures to help protect your information. However, no software, device, or storage system can guarantee complete security.
You acknowledge that:
Electronic storage carries inherent risks.
Unauthorized access, device failure, software bugs, or user error may result in loss of data.
You use the App at your own risk.
The App may support biometric authentication technologies provided by Apple, including:
Face ID
Touch ID
Biometric information is processed solely by your device and operating system. Password Manager does not collect, store, or access biometric data.
You agree not to:
Use the App for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Circumvent security features.
Introduce malware, malicious code, or harmful software.
Interfere with the operation of the App or related services.
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
The App, including its design, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, and content, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the App without prior written permission.
We may release updates, enhancements, bug fixes, or new features at any time.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App without prior notice.
The App may interact with third-party services such as:
Apple App Store
Apple iCloud
Face ID and Touch ID services
Analytics providers
Crash reporting services
Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERROR.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
LOSS OF PASSWORDS
LOSS OF DATA
UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS
DEVICE FAILURE
LOSS OF PROFITS
BUSINESS INTERRUPTION
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your information.
We are not responsible for data loss resulting from:
Device damage
Device replacement
Software malfunction
User actions
Accidental deletion
Failure to maintain backups
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, provisions relating to ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and intellectual property shall remain in effect.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time.
Updated versions will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the developer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
