Key partnerships are important to making a business model work. Companies create relationships with other entities for many reasons that have benefits for both their company and the company that they are partnering with. Companies create alliances to optimize their business models, reduce risk, or acquire resources.

List the types of businesses and individuals outside your immediate venture organization that you see potential for partnerships with. Refer back to your list of stakeholders and try to think of entities that have a vested interest in your business and begin to think about how you would best benefit from a partnership together.
