Dr. Vergara

Dr. Jaime J. Vergara was born and raised in Lima, Peru. He studied dentistry in Universidad San Marcos in Peru and graduated in 1985. Then in 1987 he came to the United States and received a D.D.S in 1989 in the University of Florida. Following dental school, Dr Vergara has been committed to advanced continuing education, attending lectures throughout the US, and around the world, where he focuses his studies on Cosmetics, Occlusion and Full Mouth Rehabilitation. His extensive schooling and continuing education has led him to truly become an elite leader in quality Porcelain veneers, Crowns, Onlays/Inlays, smile design, and general dentistry. Dr. Vergara is also an active member in the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, East Coast Dental Society, Ceola HELO dental Association, Latin American Academy of Osseo-integrated Dentistry, Alumni of the Dr. Peter Dawson Academy, International Academy of Gnathology and many others. Dr. Vergara is also part of many community groups including the Key Biscayne Lions Club which is Key Biscayne's oldest service organization, helping raise funds for children with visual and hearing impairments, and his local church brotherhood of Emmaus. In his free time he enjoys playing tennis, riding bike, and spending time with his family.
