This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our VPN service. By using the App, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to our VPN mobile application and its related services.
2. What Information We Collect
Connection Data (temporary, encrypted): When you connect to our VPN, we temporarily process your IP address to establish the encrypted tunnel. This data is not linked to your online activities and is not stored.
Aggregated Anonymous Data: We may collect non-identifiable data such as total connection time (session duration) and total bandwidth used (aggregated) for service optimization. This cannot be traced back to you.
Diagnostic Information (optional): With your consent, we may collect crash reports and performance diagnostics (e.g., connection success rate) to improve stability.
Support Communications: If you contact us (e.g., email), we process the information you provide to address your inquiry.
We do NOT collect:
Your browsing history, DNS queries, or traffic content
Logs of your online activities
Destination IP addresses or websites you visit
Any personal data without clear consent
3. How We Use Information
VPN Connection: To establish and maintain a secure, encrypted connection between your device and our servers.
Service Optimization: To monitor server performance, prevent abuse, and ensure network stability.
Customer Support: To respond to your inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws (if required by law enforcement with valid legal process).
4. Data Sharing and Third Parties
No Sale of Data: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Service Providers: We may use trusted third-party infrastructure providers (e.g., server hosting) who are contractually bound to process data only on our behalf and in compliance with this Policy.
Legal Requests: We may disclose information if required by law (e.g., court order) and only to the extent legally compelled.
No Third-Party Tracking: We do not integrate third-party analytics or advertising SDKs that track your activity.
5. Permissions We Request (Android)
VPN Permission: Required to create a secure VPN tunnel and route your device traffic through our servers.
Notifications (optional): To alert you about connection status or service updates.
Background Access (if applicable): To maintain VPN connection when the app is in the background.
Notes:
Permissions are requested only when needed. Without VPN permission, the service cannot function.
6. Data Storage, Retention, and Deletion
Storage Location: Data is stored on secure servers operated by us or our cloud providers, located in [list regions, e.g., EU, US].
Retention:
Connection logs: Not retained (no-log policy).
Account information: Retained until account deletion.
Diagnostic data: Anonymized and retained for up to [e.g., 30 days].
Your Control:

7. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us to delete it.

We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256) and secure protocols (OpenVPN/WireGuard) to protect your connection. Our servers are regularly audited for vulnerabilities. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
9. International Transfers
Your data may be processed on servers located in countries different from your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place for international transfers.
10. Your Rights and Choices
No-Log Assurance: You have the right to verify our no-log policy (subject to audits).
Access & Deletion: You may request access to or deletion of your account data by contacting us.
Withdraw Consent: You can disable non-essential permissions (e.g., notifications) at any time.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of diagnostic data collection in App settings.
11. Links to Other Sites/Apps
If the App links to third-party websites, their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for their content or data handling.
12. Google Play "Data Safety" Disclosure (Summary)
Data collected: Email address (for accounts), encrypted connection metadata (not stored), diagnostic data (optional).
Data sharing: None, except with infrastructure providers bound by confidentiality.
Security: All traffic is encrypted via VPN tunnel.
Data types: No browsing history, no location data, no contacts.
User controls: Account deletion, opt-out diagnostics.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy periodically. Updates will be posted in the App with an updated "Last Revised" date. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Policy.
