I am a Spanish-Ecuadorian economist. I hold a joint PhD in economics and management from the Free University of Brussels (ULB) and the University of Mons, complemented by a Master's degree in economic analysis and European policy from the Solvay Brussels School.

I work at the National Fund for Scientific Research (F.R.S.-FNRS) in Brussels, Belgium (Position: PhD researcher). My research focuses on education and labour economics, inequality and poverty. I have participated in federal and inter-university projects to improve the integration of immigrants and their children in Belgium. Moreover, I was a teaching assistant in labour economics, statistics and microeconomics at the ULB between 2020 and 2024

In parallel with my research activities, I am also an econometrics tutor (freelancer) who has helped hundreds of students from universities worldwide with their econometrics courses and theses, as well as consultants from international institutions with the empirical strategy of their projects.
