Research Interests

I am interested in mathematical models of cancer evolution. I have worked on stochastic models of cancer response to therapy, cancer initiation, and the design of optimal therapy schedules for a variety of anti-cancer treatments. My current research is primarily focused on inference problems related to tumor evolution. These inference problems have several interesting features, including partially observed processes, and observations at a small number of time points. I have also worked on problems in rare event simulation methodology.
