Transitioning to the insurance and financial services sector in 2019, Kevin swiftly ascended the career ladder, assuming the role of a Field Trainer. His formidable commitment enabled him to recruit, train, and develop agents who served as exemplary company representatives, assisting clients with excellence. Overseeing a team of more than ten agents, he emerged as an inspirational leader in his field.
