 A Water Re-Pipes involves replacing existing pipes with new piping, including all new supply lines, stops, and shut-off vales. This upgrade will ensure a more reliable, sanitary, and durable plumbing system for your home. Pricing varies greatly depending on home size, fixture count, crawl space/attic space, access, materials needed, hazards present (barriers, debris under home, hanging wires/building materials, pests, and waste materials). Many people do not consider the hazards involved in this type of job. For example, in the middle of a Florida summer, a technician must limit the time spent in an attic as temperatures are much hotter than the outdoor temperature. This makes attic work take longer, as workers need to come down every half hour or less, and that variable has to be calculated when estimating labor hours.
