AGM
Every year since 1917 we have held an Annual General Meeting of our members, as outlined in our constitution. (Except 2021 - no AGM due to Covid 19 restrictions)
The AGM is a chance to vote for committee members and Officers (Chair, Secretary, Treasurer) and discuss the business of our Society.
The AGM is when the Society members meet to elect our committee, officers (Chair, Secretary, Treasurer), receive the audited accounts and discuss Society business.
The 105th Annual General Meeting
of Kettering Allotments Society
to be held at
Athletic Club, Rockingham Rd

Tuesday 19th March 2024
at 7:45pm
To receive the committee report for the year ended 31st December 2023 and the audited accounts as of that date, to elect officers and to transact the general business of the association.
The following members of the committee are standing for re-election:
George White, Sarah Taylor, Monica Ozdemir, Chris Hulston, Pat Mullins, Sarah Dexter, John Roberts, Peter New, Rebecca Proffit, Sheren Everson, Robert McIntyre
in addition the following members have been nominated to be elected to the committee: Andrew Payne
Proposed Chair: Stephen Payne
Proposed Treasurer: Michael Thurland
Proposed Secretary: Russell Attwood
The following proposals has been received by the committee:
Change of tenancy rules. Proposal to adopt the new tenancy agreement.(click on link for the document)
To authorise the committee to increase subscriptions for 2025 if it is deemed necessary by the treasurer up to a maximum of £5 per member.
Further nominations or proposals should reach the secretary by 1st March 2024
