Welcome to KetoGo | Diet. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KetoGo | Diet mobile application (the "App") provided by Kello Solutions ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. No Medical Advice

The App is for informational purposes only. We are not a medical organization, and our staff cannot give you medical advice or diagnosis.

• Consult your doctor: Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified health provider before starting a ketogenic diet or any new fitness regimen.

• Risk: Use of the App and reliance on any information provided is solely at your own risk.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App. By using KetoGo | Diet, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• All activities that occur under your account.

• Notifying us immediately at info@kellosolutions.com of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of KetoGo | Diet may require a paid subscription.

• Billing: Payments will be processed through your respective App Store account (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

• Refunds: Refund requests are handled according to the policies of the App Store where the purchase was made.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, or international law.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

• Use the App to transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code.

• Impersonate any person or entity.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the App—including the logo (the running avocado), text, graphics, and software—is the property of Kello Solutions and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kello Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to nutritional inaccuracies or physical health changes.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
