Keto - 28 day challenge
Feb 2022, my wife gave me a Keto 28-day challenge, to eat only Keto, and follow the guidelines in Keto Continuum. At the end of the month, I could discontinue or continue with this program, I lost 5 lbs, reduction of inflammation in my knees, and felt better. At this time, I became a Keto believer, practitioner and continued my research, reading books and asking questions.

I have been on a quest for a lifestyle change. What and when to eat. That the right type of food would improve my health. Leverage consistent and committed choices involving types of Food, Snacks, Ingredients: Sugar, and Carbohydrates. That is making right eating choices. KETO became the Catalyst for Lifestyle Change. This conscientiousness - informed choices, took me to a self-evaluation of all aspects of my life: time, sleep, work, relaxation, relationships and my faith.

Additionally, I revisited outdoor recreation as a solution for exercise and physical activity, while eating KETO - I been able to explore local waterways and the Adirondacks wilderness by canoe, kayak, fish, camp and Eat KETO. Now I share the adventures and experience with my wife with journals and photographs, I found that this activity has provided such tranquility, beauty and relaxation while improving my health through exercise and Keto
