I'm on Ubuntu 12.04. How can I take the certificate and globally trust it so that browsers (Google Chrome), CLI utilities (wget, curl), and programming languages (Python, Java, etc.) trust the connection to without asking questions?

Then transferred an existing phpBB-board and updated it to the latest version (3.1.6). After i installed archlinux, i can connect to my wifi by `wifi-menu` command line but after installing gnome3 and NetworkManager and running `systemctl start NetworkManager` gnome show me connection status as active but i cant open any website on the my browser or ping to any address.

So you installed netctl, enabled wifi-menu, installed GNOME and NM and found NM can't connect? If so, you need to decide how you want to manage wireless connections and ensure you have only that method enabled. Too many WIFI cooks spoil the broth.
