In order to ease the burden of developing new fields for participants in the challenge, We will provide the code of the "video-based 7 Korean emotional expression database" and Baseline System developed by Chonnam National University Research Foundation Laboratory (Basic Laboratory for Artificial Sensory Intelligence ). Training video clips will be distributed via e-mail to each participating team at July.

Participants are going to refer to the Baseline System for a given period of time, but will develop a Korean emotional recognition system using artificial intelligence and machine learning technology in a completely autonomous mood.

The signed work between the 'Artificial Intelligence Convergence Research Institute' and participants, the security compliance statement will be the same after the end of the competition. Please hope you'll participate in the contest knowing that If you violate this clause, you will be severely punished according to the relevant laws called 정보통신망이용촉진 관련법령 in korean.

(1) I use data and related data provided by the Institute only for participation in the competition and will not use it personally afterwards (ex. dissertations, other competitions, etc.)

(2) I do not use for commercial purposes all competition-related data received from the Institute.

(3) I will not divulge the security information to anyone who is not involved in the competition.
