Where am I allowed to park?

  • Vehicles cannot be parked on unimproved front or side yards (i.e., grass). Street parking is allowed in the neighborhood unless posted. What type of fencing am I allowed to have?

  • You must obtain a permit before building a fence. Fencing must be constructed and maintained in accordance with height restrictions and construction standards found in the Unified Development Code (UDC) Section 35-514 and City Code 6-2. How do I know where I can dig?

  • Contact 811 before digging postholes, planting a tree, or any other construction that could impact underground utilities. Failure to do so is against the law and might hurt you if strike a utility line.
