I am a 6th year math graduate student at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC), advised by Assistant Professor Yuan Liu. I expect to graduate in May 2026.
I am broadly interested in Algebraic Number Theory, Arithmetic Geometry, and Arithmetic Statistics. More specifically, I want to understand the extent to which Galois Cohomology and Group Theory can give information about global fields and Galois groups, and how this information plays a role in the statistics of global fields.
My CV.
Presentations of Galois groups of unramified extensions and its predicted distribution over global fields (preliminary draft).
The imaginary case of the nonabelian Cohen-Lenstra-Martinet heuristics, with Yuan Liu (arXiv:2507.21558, submitted).
