GENESIS (Generalized Ensemble Simulation Systems)
GENESIS (GENeralized-Ensemble SImulation System) is a suite of computer programs for performing molecular dynamics simulations of biomolecular systems, developed by Yuji Sugita's group@RIKEN.
Our group mainly use GENESIS as an MD engine for enhanced sampling simulations such as REMD, REUS, gREST.
