Our outreach case managers provide compassionate care and support to guests as they strive to overcome personal challenges, improve the quality of their lives, and achieve self-sufficiency. Guests meet with case managers Monday to Friday during regular business hours.

· Employment opportunities

· Legal assistance

· Permanent housing
