Why I chose to run:
Our district can improve community engagement and communications.
As a taxpayer and parent, I want to ensure our district spends wisely and gets the best possible student outcomes for our investments.
We can make gains in special education along with college and workforce preparedness.
I value the benefits students receive from arts, foreign languages, and extracurriculars and want to ensure we continue these options for our kids.
I have a strong resume in continuous improvement, business analysis, and project management, all things that can benefit our district!
How I would work for you:
Enhance communication between the Board and the community by being accessible and accountable.
Leverage my professional and educational experiences to help drive student achievement.
I'm a problem-solver and thrive on challenges, I won't shy away from tough decisions or doing what's right.
I'm a fast learner and passionate about budgets, vendor management, and leveraging new technologies to give our kids a leg up on the evolving world.
I would seek deeper partnerships with local colleges, universities, and industry leaders.
I want to hear from you about what we should do for our kids' education!
