About Me
My Background
My name is Kennedi Dowell and I am a born and raised Cleveland native. My Cleveland school background takes place in Cleveland Heights where I went to Noble Elementary School, Communion of Saints and Roxboro Middle Schools, then finally graduating from Cleveland Heights High School in 2018. During my time at Cleveland Heights High School, majority of my time was dedicated to playing Varsity Softball as the starting pitcher.
I then went on to further my education at Central State University in Wilberforce, Ohio. Learning and understanding the brain patterns of my peers and how it effects day to day decisions has always been a passion of mine as long as I could remember. That passion began to blossom as I began gaining interest in the behavioral patterns of those we see on the news. Therefore I decided to double major my sophomore year of college in Psychology and Criminal Justice.
At the end of my junior year at University, I was introduced to Real Estate by my father. After discussing the endless opportunities Real Estate has to offer, I began a thorough study of the world of Real Estate via Reality Television.
Yes, you read that right.
First semester of Senior year at University I began attending Real Estate School. I was able to finish within my first semester and began studying for the exam my entire second semester.
After graduating and coming home May of 2022, it was time to take my test for the second time, and I passed!!! Immediately after passing my exam, I hit the ground running with ideas to generate business as well as get my brand, Kennedi's Keys, out there.

Kennedi's Keys LLC was created in October of 2022. Although Kennedi's Keys is a newer brand, that does not take away from the level of expertise and experience that we are equipped with.
Kennedi's Keys LLC is affiliated with a whirlpool of industries which allows an endless web of connections within the state of Ohio. KennedisKeys uses its' connections of Politics, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Digital Production and Development to best suit the needs of clients.
The slogan "Let's Unlock Your Dream Home" speaks to various different experiences within Real Estate. Firstly, your dream home could be the home that you've always admired, or the home you've built from the ground up. Kennedi's Keys works diligently with clients to truly identify what exactly that dream home looks like. Your dream home could also be that first piece of property that is your stepping stone to financial freedom. Perhaps a multifamily, a fixer upper, or even your first commercial property.
