Marzano's Domain 3 on Reflecting on Teaching is most closely aligned components of Charlotte Danielson's Domain 4 on Professional Responsibilities. The emphasis of Marzano's Domain 3 is on a teacher's ability to evaluate their personal performance, and develop and implement a plan for professional growth. Below is a selection of strategies and professional exemplars that reflect this domain.
This is a sample student to teacher formative assessment, where student evaluate my instruction on a particular unit. This is conducted on a regular basis to received feedback on what went well and what did not.
This is a sample of an end-of-the-year evaluation that students complete in regards to their feelings and opinions towards their health class experience. Students are encouraged to respond to the open ended question that allows them to write in specific feedback on what they found valuable and engaging, and what was not.
The following provides validation for my attention to Domain 3: Reflection on Teaching. The attached document is an observation report that focused specifically on this domain.
I continually strive to grow professionally and have earned the following degrees:

Ed.S. in Educational Technology (2017)
