At Kenko Bento, we believe every meal should be fresh, wholesome, and right on time. That’s why each bento box is made with carefully selected ingredients and delivered straight to your door, so you can enjoy healthy, balanced meals without the stress of cooking.
We prepare your order the moment you confirm it, ensuring peak freshness and flavor.
Once ready, our team delivers it directly to you, no waiting, no reheating.

We use eco-friendly packaging to keep your food fresh while caring for the planet.
We currently provide delivery services within Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Delivery availability may vary by district and will be confirmed at checkout.

Standard delivery time is approximately 30–45 minutes, depending on distance, traffic, and order volume.
During peak hours (e.g., weekday lunch times), delivery may take longer, but we strive to keep delays minimal.
Customers may place pre-orders to schedule deliveries in advance, ensuring meals arrive exactly when needed.
Our Bento boxes are ready-to-eat once delivered to you. No preparations needed and ready to dig in!
If you plan to eat later, to maintain quality and safety, we recommend the following once your bento has been delivered:
Consume your bento within 2 hours if kept at room temperature.
If not consumed immediately, store the bento in a refrigerator (below 5°C) and consume within 24 hours.
Reheat only once before eating, using a microwave or steamer, and ensure food is heated thoroughly before consumption.
Please note: Raw items such as sashimi or sushi should be consumed immediately and must not be stored for later consumption.
If your order arrives late, incomplete, or does not meet expected standards, please contact our customer service team within 2 hours of delivery.
Any problems with product delivery and technical issues, please refer to our Customer Feedbacks page. We will review each case promptly and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, refund, or credit toward your next order.
All bentos are freshly prepared only after order confirmation.
We use insulated and food-grade packaging designed to maintain temperature, freshness, and flavor during delivery.
Orders are sealed to prevent tampering and to ensure hygienic handling from our kitchen to your table.
