Roof Cleaning

Includes: 

* a neutralizer rinse before and after cleaning at all downspouts

 * rinsing off plants with water or a neutralizer along drip edge before, during, and after cleaning to ensure minimal yellowing of plants and grass 

**only a soap solution is used, no pressure is used- I do not use any type of pressure on any roof. Pressure will loosen granules or tiles on your roof. To get your roof cleaned, I use a specialized, custom mixed soap solution that will kill any mold or mildew that has grown and seeped into your shingles or tiles. It is a slower process, but your roof will not be damaged and the longevity of your roof will remain. Then when it rains, all the dirt, mold, and mildew will be washed off.
