My experience spans enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity, networking, wireless, protocol testing, technical instruction, sales enablement, customer education, and product readiness. Across those roles, I have built training programs, onboarding, workshops, labs, simulations, knowledge resources, and AI-assisted enablement workflows.

Technical Sales Enablement Manager | 2025

• Developed approximately a dozen presentation-ready technical sales training decks with complete talk tracks.

• Partnered with product management to deliver a pre-launch webinar on new AI product capabilities.

• Built an AI-assisted workflow that converted training content into reviewed, searchable internal Q&A resources.

• Created tools for demo-script and speaker-note development that reduced initial content-development time while preserving manual review.

• Designed and delivered the technical portions of recurring, week-long onboarding programs.

• Created weekly live and recorded product refresher sessions.

• Developed realistic customer scenarios and capstone exercises for sales and solutions engineering teams.

• Built and maintained technical training across next-generation firewall, data loss prevention, web security, data guards, insider threat, and CASB.

• Supported typical onboarding cohorts of approximately 24 participants.

Aruba Networks / HPE

Technical Instructor, Wireless Networking & ClearPass | 2010–2017

• Delivered full-week certification courses in wireless networking and ClearPass network access control.

• Led onsite and virtual classes for customer and internal audiences in the United States, Canada, and India.

• Set up, tested, and troubleshot hands-on lab environments.

• Maintained a delivery schedule of roughly three weeks per month for more than seven years.

Earlier Technical Experience

Internet Systems Consortium

Designed and documented conformance and negative test cases for open-source routing implementations, including OSPF, BGP, and IS-IS.

Mu Dynamics

Built the company’s technical training program largely from scratch as its first and only instructor, creating courseware, labs, and customer-specific protocol-testing instruction. Also completed an extended embedded engagement helping a telecommunications provider establish and sustain its own protocol-testing program. 

Network General

Progressed from technical support into network consulting and technical instruction, delivering training in packet analysis, TCP/IP, troubleshooting, and Sniffer products to customer, partner, and internal audiences. 

Patents and Technical Contributions

I was named as an inventor on seven U.S. patents involving enterprise network analysis, distributed monitoring, protocol visibility, and intrusion detection.

Current Focus

I am interested in senior technical enablement, SE readiness, product training, customer education, knowledge enablement, and roles where practical AI experience supports stronger learning and readiness.
