Kendra Mckinney

Hello, my name is Kendra Mckinney. I am currently pursuing a Bachelors of Arts in sociology along with a business minor from IU-Indy. I will be graduating in May 2025. After graduation I would like to go into marketing, specifically for a bigger company. I am also interested in going to human resources. Starting in January of 2024 I started working as part of the management team at American Eagle Outfitters Inc. In that team I hold the title of merchandiser leader. This position has introduced me to marketing products that best fit how customers shop. Also in this position I have taken on training new hires and helping to create a fun healthy team environment. My education has assisted in taking on both the social and business characteristics of these roles. Going into the job market I would like to hone these skills I have learned as well as expand my skills by taking on new challenging roles.
