Kembali residents and their guests enjoy access to a variety of recreational amenities managed by Filinvest. These include the Infinity Pool, kayaking, and other activities, all of which have usage fees that are subject to change without prior notice. While the Clubhouse is exclusively for homeowner use, guests are welcome to enjoy the other recreational options available, including complimentary beach access.

*The houses, rooms and condo units are individually owned by different owners, therefore has its own set of policies in their units.

*The property management of Filinvest Company handles Amenity Fees and Policies, any changes made for are not controlled by the homeowners.

*However, the use of amenities is only optional, fees apply if you choose to use it.

While primarily a private residential community, Kembali offers a unique opportunity for overnight stays in its individual houses. Each house is independently owned and operated, meaning they have their own policies and guidelines for guests.
