This Privacy Policy explains how Keluhin ("the App", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data when you use our mobile application. By creating an account or using Keluhin, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
This policy is written in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, including Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP).
1. Who We Are

2. Information We Collect
We only collect personal data that you provide directly to us. We do not collect data automatically from your device beyond what is required to operate the App.
Name — to identify you within the App.
Email address — used for account registration, login authentication, and account-related communication.
Password — used to secure your account. Passwords are never stored in plain text; they are stored in hashed (encrypted) form.
Complaint content — the complaints, reports, and any information you choose to submit through the App, so that they can be processed and managed.
3. How We Use Your Information
To create, maintain, and secure your account.
To authenticate your login using your email and password.
To let you submit, view, and track the status of your complaints.
To communicate with you regarding your account or your submitted complaints.
To protect the App against fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data based on your consent, which you provide when you register an account, and on the necessity to deliver the service you have requested. You may withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your account (see Section 8).
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on our own private servers (a Laravel-based backend) and is not hosted on or shared with third-party data platforms. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including password hashing and access controls, to protect your data against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We do not share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising services. We may disclose your data only if required to do so by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the service. When you delete your account, your associated personal data is removed from our active systems, except where we are required to retain certain information to comply with legal obligations.
8. Account and Data Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time. To request deletion, email us at kouseinadaffa@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address linked to your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
9. Your Rights
Under the UU PDP, you have the right to:
Access the personal data we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Request deletion of your data.
