Tips to Set Up Your Focus Environment:
Set up your space. Keep only the materials you need on your desk, and put everything else to the side.
Block distractions by turning your phone on Do Not Disturb. Put on noise-canceling headphones if you can.
Keep your open tabs to 5 or less.
Music can help reduce stress. If you want to listen to music, consider using something without words to help you focus.
Use a timer (like the ones linked below) to work. When the timer goes off, take a break!
