All About Mrs. Wright

Welcome to Kindergarten. I am so excited to take this journey with your family ! I would like to take the opportunity to tell you about me. 

My name is Kelly Wright and this is my 24th  year  of teaching. I graduated from South Carolina State University with a Bachelor's degree in Family Consumer Science with a focus in Child Development. After my undergrad, I attended Converse College and  Southern Wesleyan graduated with a Masters of Arts and Teaching and a Masters of Education.

I have taught Pre -Kindergarten, Kindergarten, and First Grade. I absolutely love teaching. I teach because there is an excitement and joy that is unexplainable in seeing  young children discover new things daily. I am super excited about my new role as Greenbrier's Reading Interventionist.

I currently live in Mauldin,  with my wonderful husband, Joe and my two beautiful children Lauryn and Preston and my beautiful Granddaughter Mila. 

I am super excited about  this journey we are embarking on.
