I follow an amazing personal trainer on You Tube. All her workouts are free, she is so motivational, does all the workouts with you and has so much positive energy to get you through the workout. She shows modifications to make all the exercises easier for beginners and more difficult for advanced athletes.

These are the weights I use the most 5-25 lbs. Weights are expensive when you buy them individually. This is a nice set and the rack keeps you from having to find a place to put several sets of weights. If you need heavier weights you can either find a set that has a higher weight range or buy a few individual. I do have a set of 30lbs for a few exercises.
These weights are adjustable from 5 - 5o lbs. They are more convenient and definitely save space. It was quick and easy to switch between weights however I found them to be a bit bulky. I am 5'4" so it may have been due to my size. The price is much more reasonable for the weight range, so these may be a great option for you.
