With 15 years of experience as a certfied personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach, Coach Robin is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals. Coach Robin is also a certified nutritionist and youth exercise specialist, with a background as a HS all-district player of the year and a D1 collegiate athlete on full scholarship. Coach Robin's passion lies in supporting young athletes and adults in building a healthier community through fitness and lifestyle coaching.

Coach TJ has been coaching summer track for the last 3 summers. As a former HS All-State Athlete and a D1 collegiate athlete, Coach TJ has years of experience in training to be your best through proper technique, stretching, and nutrition. As an officer in the Navy, Coach TJ has years of experience in training for military PFTs. Since college, he has completed several half marathons and continues to work towards creating a healthy lifestyle for himself and his family.
