This Privacy Policy explains how Kelime100 ("we," "us," or "our") handles user information when you use our mobile application.
Kelime100 does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) to external servers. We do not operate our own backend servers or databases.
The app requires no account creation, login, or registration. We do not request or collect:
Full name or username
Email address or phone number
Physical address or precise location
Contacts, photos, camera, or media files
All learning progress is stored exclusively on your device. This includes:
Word progress, review counts, and recall strength
Daily deck contents and completion dates
Daily streak count and historical usage timestamps
This data is used solely to power the local spaced repetition system and display your progress. It is never transmitted, backed up, or shared externally.
Note: Uninstalling the app or clearing device application data permanently deletes this local data. It cannot be recovered.
Kelime100 functions entirely offline; all vocabulary and translations are packaged directly within the app binary.
The app serves advertisements via Google AdMob.
Kelime100 requests non-personalized ads only.
The app does not display the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt and does not access your device’s Advertising Identifier (IDFA).
Your learning activity (e.g., words studied, answers, streak history) is never shared with Google or third parties.
To serve and measure ads, Google AdMob may automatically process certain device-level information under its own policies:
Device identifiers used for ad delivery and fraud prevention
Approximate location derived from IP address (country/region level)
Ad performance metrics, impressions, and user interactions
Diagnostic and crash logs related to ad rendering

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share personal data. Any data processed by Google AdMob is strictly governed by Google's privacy policies for ad delivery and analytics.
Kelime100 is built for a general audience. It is rated 4+ but is not submitted under Apple’s Kids Category. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable by law).
Ad requests are configured with the most restrictive content filtering available from the ad provider. If you are a parent or guardian with questions regarding our practices, contact us directly.
Because your learning history never leaves your device, external security risks are minimized. There are no remote databases or user accounts subject to unauthorized remote access.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in functionality or legal requirements. Updates will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
