Bird Photography Contest – Terms & Conditions
Description: A competition to capture the most beautiful bird photograph.
Participation Rules:
Participation Rules:
Open to all individuals who are Malaysian citizens.
All photos must be taken during the festival period (14–15 November 2025) at the official event location only.
Each participant may submit a maximum of 3 photographs, without watermark or name.
Photos must be submitted in JPEG format with a minimum resolution of 300 pixels (longest side).
Only basic editing is allowed (e.g. cropping, brightness, contrast). Digital manipulation such as object addition is strictly prohibited.
Each photo must be submitted with a title and shooting location.
Submission deadline is before 12:00 noon on 15 November 2025.
The organizer reserves the right to use submitted photos for promotion and documentation purposes, but copyright remains with the original photographer.
In the event of a tie:
a. The Impact & Storytelling score will be used as the tiebreaker.
b. If still tied, the Creativity score will be used.
c. If a tie still occurs, the Head Judge will make a final decision.
