I've built my career around analyzing data and developing targeted training that helps people understand complex processes. With a background in compliance auditing, quality assurance, and social services case management, I specialize in roles that require a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of how people learn effectively. I am constantly looking for ways to improve operations and training by exploring new technology or leveraging my graphic design skills to create visually appealing and cohesive training materials.

My career is built on a foundation of understanding human behavior. I hold a B.A. in Psychology from the University of South Florida and a M.S. in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of North Carolina. I believe that evidence-based methodologies and clear communication are the most crucial factors in any organizational changes. Drawing on my academic foundation in Psychology and Rehabilitation Counseling, I approach process improvement not just from a quality control standpoint, but from a perspective of human-centered design. I am currently pursuing an Masters of Education in Learning Design and Technology through Arizona State University.

The passion I have for exploration motivates me in my personal life as well. I live in Phoenix, Arizona, with my wife and our two children, where we love to pursue new experiences through travel, festivals, sporting events, and concerts.
