Mountain Village condominium renovation 22A-r, Sunset Vista - Sold! Fall 2023 > $2m / $1,700 sq ft. Full design & project management for a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 1,230 sq ft. renovation.  Services included a new floor plan changing a 2 bedroom into a 3 bedroom, with a new, additional exterior window, laundry & half bath. permits, rezoning, construction plan sets and furnishings. Photos before and after art work installation.
