Job Posting: Sales & Marketing Coordinator (Printing & Signage)

About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our core team. This isn’t just a "sales" job; you will be the face of our printing and fabrication workshop, bridging the gap between high-end client requirements and our technical production team.

From customized acrylic awards to large-format signage and premium decals, you will be responsible for growing our client base and ensuring every project is delivered with the precision our brand is known for.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Proactively identify and reach out to corporate clients, event organizers, and local businesses for B2B printing needs.

• Account Management: Handle the end-to-end process for clients—from initial inquiry and technical quoting to final quality check and delivery.

• Marketing Strategy: Manage our professional portfolio and digital presence (Google Workspace/Social Media) to showcase our latest projects and 3D design capabilities.

• Technical Liaison: Work closely with our production team to ensure client artwork (vectors, logos, 3D effects) meets machine specifications for UV printing, laser cutting, and sublimation.

• Market Research: Stay updated on local Cebu market pricing and source high-quality materials to maintain our competitive edge.

Qualifications

• Industry Experience: Sales or marketing within the printing, signage, or advertising industry experience is a great advantage.

• Technical Fluency: You must know the difference between a raster and a vector. Basic proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, CANVA, or Photoshop is highly preferred.

• Communication Mastery: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Cebuano). You can explain complex fabrication processes simply.

• Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with math for calculating margins, material wastage, and bulk-order discounts.

• Problem Solver: Ability to handle tight deadlines and high-pressure event seasons (like fun runs and corporate awarding ceremonies).
