Keil Uvision C51 Download ~UPD~

I started with an example project in keil from Nordic SDK. This question is not about the nordic sdk, but rather how Keil connects header files and source files. After what I can understand Keil hides all header files merged into the main.c file, see figure below.

I am using keil uvision to direct download the code in a STM32L552MEY6P MCU. My code just toggles a pin. The MCU is connected to a V3 programmer using SWDIO,SWCLK,NRST,GND and VCC. Every time I program with Keil, I am not able to initiate the program and I don't see the pin toggling. It works every time with a cube program software.

I work with Keil uVision v5 ide and I want to plugin yhis ide to parasoft. But I think this ide is not eclipse based. Therefore when I run the installation about parasoft c++test eclipse plugin setup file and proccess ended parasoft view does not appear on toolbar of keil uvision ide. How can I plug Parasoft with Keil uvision ide?

@Andrey Madan thanks for your answer. I should use the attached image which shows standalone addition colored blue one isn't it? I downloaded it and then run it but it is just desktop C++Test IDE it is not plugin for keil or etc.

because there was two empty files referenced on the linker cycodeshareexport.ld / cycodeshareimport.ld ? any idea what this files should have, uvision was unable to find them I guess because they were empty. 006ab0faaa
