A. No we currently do not offer pet sitting in our home. We can how ever come and stay at your place.

A. We typically allocate 3 hours for each grooming appointment to ensure your dog receives thorough, gentle, and stress-free care. This time allows for bathing, drying, brushing, trimming, and breaks if needed—especially for anxious or senior dogs. We never rush the process because your pet’s comfort and safety come first.
Q. What time can i book a service?
A. Our services are available for booking daily between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.
Q. Why are meet and greets mandatory?
Meet and greets are essential to ensure a safe, comfortable, and positive experience for both your pet and our team. They allow us to get to know your pet’s personality, assess any special needs or behavior, and answer any questions you may have. It also helps build trust—so when the actual service day arrives, your pet sees a familiar, friendly face.

Meet and greets typically take about 30 minutes. During this time, we’ll get to know your pet, discuss their routine and needs, and answer any questions you may have to ensure everyone feels comfortable moving forward.
