My name is Kei Ito. I am an astronomer working at the Cosmic Dawn Center/DTU-Space as a DAWN Fellow. My main interest is galaxy formation and evolution, and I am currently trying to explore this mainly using the JWST, Subaru telescope, the Keck telescope, and other multi-wavelength archival data.
I am now working on the following topics.
Quenching in the early Universe
Environment and galaxy properties in the large-scale structure.
Our work on the AGN activity in quiescent galaxies at 0<z<5 was press-released by NAOJ, the Subaru Telescope, SOKENDAI, and the Cosmic Dawn Center. If you are interested, please check the following.
