By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.1. Acceptance of TermsBy accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 17 years of age and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.2. Medical DisclaimerThe App is designed for general wellness and informational purposes only. The App is NOT a medical device and is NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.The content provided in the App, including exercises, articles, and AI chat responses, is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or received through this App. If you experience any pain, discomfort, or unusual symptoms during exercises, stop immediately and consult your healthcare provider.The AI assistant ("Dr. Kegel") is an artificial intelligence tool and is not a licensed medical professional. Responses provided by the AI assistant are for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.3. Subscriptions & PaymentsThe App offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium content and features.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
All payments are processed by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information. Refund requests must be directed to Apple Support.4. Acceptable UseYou agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or networks
Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App
Use the AI chat feature to generate harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
5. Intellectual PropertyAll content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, exercises, and software, is the property of Kegel Men and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.6. Disclaimer of WarrantiesThe App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Results from exercises may vary from person to person.7. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kegel Men and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the App.8. TerminationWe reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.9. Changes to TermsWe reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.10. Governing LawThese Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App developer operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.11.
