Educational Background- A.A.S. degree in Human Services; B.S. in Psychology with emphasis on Behavior Analysis and Child Psychology; M.S. Educational Psychology; Ed.S. Curriculum and Instruction; Ed.D. Curriculum and Instruction. Certifications- Educational Leadership/Curriculum and Instruction.
Professional Expertise- Comprehensive and professional understanding of individual client/customer vocational and social history; expertise in dealing with clients possessing a variety of emotional and/or physical disabilities. Professional expertise communicating with family members, sponsoring agencies, and familiarity with subcontract work. Facilitate and teach personal/social adjustment classes, developed new curriculum, writing vocational plans for each client as well as finalizing all monthly reports to contract agencies. Maintain documentation such as monthly reports, vocational plans, staffing information, personal contract information, etc. Served on center committees, seek job placements for clients after training is complete. Conducted preadmission interviews, intake forms for perspective clients, families and referring agencies. Compiled statistics, tax forms, attendance data, end of month invoice and billing statements. Facilitated meetings as well as administered assessments, comprehensive employment assessments and behavior Observation data.

I am a scholarship reviewer for NSCS honor society. Search engine evaluator- analyze a variety of web search engines including Google, Bing, and Yahoo, create qualitative data and measurements to determine relevance of the results, etc.
