These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Mohammed Guellil ("we", "us") governing your use of the KeepRecipe mobile application and related services (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. This license is governed by, and at minimum includes, the terms of Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
KeepRecipe offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, KeepRecipe Pro:
Plans: Monthly and Yearly. Current prices are shown in the App and on the App Store, in your local currency.
Free trial: The Yearly plan may include a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription automatically.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
Managing & cancelling: You can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
Refunds: Purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests are subject to Apple's policies; we cannot directly issue refunds for App Store purchases.
Recipes, notes, photos, and other content you add ("Your Content") remain yours. KeepRecipe is local-first: Your Content is stored on your device. You are responsible for the legality of content you import and for respecting the copyright of recipe sources you clip.
KeepRecipe includes automated features — including recipe extraction, nutrition estimates, and "Make it Healthier" suggestions — that may use on-device or cloud AI. These outputs are estimates for general informational purposes only and may be inaccurate or incomplete.
They are not medical, nutritional, dietary, or health advice. Do not rely on them for decisions about allergies, medical conditions, or dietary needs. Always verify ingredients and consult a qualified professional where appropriate. You use these features at your own risk.
You agree not to misuse the App, including: reverse-engineering it except as permitted by law; using it to infringe others' rights; or attempting to disrupt the service or its providers.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any estimate or suggestion is accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim.
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
