(A) Promote optimal mental health through advocacy, education and support;
(B) Working with families or individuals to increase income through transportation options;
(C) Provide a positive, safe, healthy, nurturing and respectful environment in which children / adults have the opportunity to become and /or continue to be successful members of society;
(D) To inspire healthier communities by connecting people to resources such as transitional housing, clothing, household items, gifts for their holidays, transportation and food.
(E) Provide eyewear for both children and adults to increase health and opportunities.
(F) Provide individuals or families with the essential items they need to thrive – at home, at school, at work and participating in hobbies.
(G) Network with other community organizations to bridge the gap between resources and organizations. As well as, a resource for organization and / or a support for individuals / families to complete needed requirements (paperwork, hours, probation, court requirements, education etc.) to get resources needed.
(H) Team up with organizations to complete home repairs or cleaning for individuals / families who couldn't without the extra support.
(I) Provide organizing, cleaning and junk removal for individuals or families that need it because of lack of resources or the need for mental health support.
(J) Organize or manage events / fundraisers for specific needs or individuals /families.
(K) Support and help individuals and/or families move to and maintain permanent housing.
(L) Helps people transition from a hospital setting to community reintegration
(M) Provide case management, social activities, and support with daily tasks
(N) Assist individuals in developing the skills to improve work and career path. Education and Resources such as: resume building, job interview prep/recourses,
(O) Collaborate and Collect Data (Case Management) to help improve our community and opportunities in the future - Good to Great.
(P)Support program participants by using resources (internal and external), education, training, routine, attending appointments, and life skills to support successful reintegration.
(Q) Help program participants create successful positive relationships
