Justine has a passion for supporting both neurotypical and neurodivergent learners of all ages. She prides herself in creating safe spaces for anyone to be seen, heard, and supported by being empathetic, caring, and open-minded. She has a background working with children in various capacities (daycares, Montessori schools, group homes, clinics, and more!) dating back to 2014. Justine believes representation of diversity is extremely important to the growth and development of every child.
Ray has extensive experience working with early learners and supporting individuals with intellectual differences across a variety of settings and ages, and is passionate about creating inclusive and compassionate communities. Ray approaches care in a way that is always person-first, focusing on the unique needs and strengths of each individual. As a problem solver, she strives to provide tailored solutions that promote dignity, inclusion, and meaningful support for those she serves.
