Keeping Notes is built with a privacy-first approach. Because this is a 100% offline application, your personal data, notes, and reminders remain entirely under your control.
All notes, reminders, and application settings you create are stored locally on your device's physical storage using a local database. No data is ever transmitted to, stored on, or processed by external servers.
We do not collect, monitor, track, upload, or share any personal information, usage statistics, analytics, or behavioral data. The app operates independently of any network connectivity and does not require an account or internet access.
The app may request access to system permissions such as notifications and alarms to schedule offline reminders. These permissions are used exclusively on your local device to trigger local alarms and do not expose your data to the internet.
Since your data is stored strictly on your device, the security of your notes depends entirely on your device\'s security settings. If you uninstall the app or perform a factory reset on your device without manually backing up your data, your stored notes and reminders will be permanently deleted.
