Typically a basic reel servicing has a 3-4 day turnaround. More complex services, such as full overhauls or part replacements, may take a bit longer.

No! We happily serve customers from all over. If you're not local, you can ship your reel to us for servicing. We'll take care of the rest and ship it back to you once the work is completed.

To ship your reel, simply contact us for instructions on how to securely pack and send your gear. Once we receive it, we'll begin the service and keep you updated on the progress.

If your reel is making unusual noises, is difficult to crank, has a sticky drag, or isn't casting smoothly. Regular servicing can prevent issues from getting worse and prolong the life of the reel.
