The Secretary is responsible for recording meeting minutes and managing intersociety and external communications. They provide regular briefings—weekly or bi-weekly—to the President and Vice-President to maintain clear communication between the executive and non-executive committee members. Additionally, the Secretary oversees the society's calendars and may represent the society at key outreach events.

The Treasurer is responsible for managing the society’s finances, including sponsorships, funding, and overall budgeting. They must maintain accurate monthly financial reports and ensure transparency in all financial matters. Any significant decisions or communications related to this role should be discussed with at least one other member of the executive committee.

The Social Officer is responsible for organizing the society’s weekly socials and study sessions. They also coordinate internal outreach efforts, such as introducing the society to foundation and first-year students at the start of each academic year. A key part of their role involves building social connections with new cohorts by engaging with them beyond academic settings—for example, through informal meetups at the Students' Union or other casual environments.

The Events Officer is responsible for coordinating more complex activities, such as lab experiments and observatory sessions. They also take the lead in planning and organizing larger events, including excursions and other major society initiatives. Oversight of these larger events will be provided by the Executive Committee to ensure alignment with the society’s goals and standards.

The Publicity Officer is responsible for managing the society’s external outreach, including maintaining platforms such as Instagram. They also collaborate with the Executive Committee and Events Officer to promote and coordinate joint events with other societies.
