I am a career changer moving from finance and operations into data analysis.
At CHAPS UK Ltd I processed invoices, supported payroll and completed bank reconciliations across Excel, Xero and Sage 50. The work was unglamorous but it built the instinct that matters in analysis: a figure that does not reconcile is not a rounding error, it is a question that has not been answered yet.
I hold AAT Level 2 and Level 3 in Accounting, and have just completed a Level 3 Data Technician bootcamp with LeepTalent — eight weeks across data governance, Excel, databases and SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Azure and Python.
I am bilingual in Korean and English, with permanent right to work in the UK and no sponsorship required.
