About Me
I am Dr. Kedhareswara Sairam Pasupuleti, M.Sc., Ph.D. I have received Master’s degree in Physics from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati, India in June 2018, and Ph.D. degree in Physics from Chungnam National University, Daejeon, Republic of Korea in February 2023. Currently, I serve as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the esteemed at Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas-77845, USA. In this role, I am actively engaged in cutting-edge research, exploring innovative avenues design and fabrication of highly efficient wearbale sensor devices for real time health care applications.
In my previous postdoc tenure at Chungnam National Unievrsity, South Korea, I was worked on designing and fabrication of cheical/SAW sensors devices and energy conversion devices and delve deeper into the realm of semiconductor-device physics and material science. My passion lies in the exploration of highly efficient and stable semiconductor materials, aiming to revolutionize the landscape of flexible/wearable sensor devices for health and environmental monitoring as well as advancing energy storage and conversion technologies. Leveraging a multidisciplinary approach, I am adept at integrating diverse materials such as III-V, MOS, and 2D materials into cutting-edge technologies.
Driven by a commitment to innovation, my research endeavors encompass the entire spectrum from design and synthesis to activity build-out and investigation for practical solutions to real-world challenges. Through my rigorous academic journey, I have cultivated a deep expertise and an unwavering commitment to advancing the frontiers of sustainable energy solutions and environmental safeguards.
